The hostel opened as a family business. A house attached to a hostel\u2014a long-standing hostel right in the heart of Madrid… <\/p>

Initially, the name “Hostal Peinado<\/strong>” was considered, after Almudena’s mother’s<\/strong> maiden name, but many people assumed there was a hair salon inside, so the idea was discarded. The family decided to change it to “Hostal Mart\u00edn.<\/strong>” A practical decision that perfectly reflects their approach: direct, friendly, and unpretentious. Over time, the establishment adopted a name linked to its location, Atocha Street, one of Madrid’s most iconic and recognizable thoroughfares. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
